Meet the Steering Group
Dr. Lowen Clarke: Author and Illustrator
Lowen is an ethicist for the Dept of Health and Social Services. Lowen’s doctorate is in reative arts therapy focusing on autoethnography. Lowen also holds degrees in divinity and the Classics and professional writing.
Adrian Masterman-Smith: Designer and Commercial Artist
Adrian has a Masters in Organisational Dynamics with a special interest in not for profit organisations. He also holds a Masters of Art from St. Martins London. Adrian is a community artist working with Councils and not-for profit organisations.
Michael
Michael is an experienced social worker experienced in youth work. He is a painter with a studio in Abbotsford Convent with a special interest in life drawing and architecture. Michael is a queer activist working for civil and creative rights.
James
James is a consultant accountant specialising in small business and not for profits. James enjoys writing technical manuals and provides support for his client base. James is publishing his photographic essay of the construction of the Sky Train.
Hugh
Hugh after an extensive career in the wool industry Hugh is now the Chair of the Avoca……… Hugh has driven and overseen the creative development and implementation of Avoca’s high profile arts and cultural precinct with Gallery 127 becoming significant regional gallery.
We are all equals at Creative Goldfields, therefore we use a strong horizontal structure. We have a steering group that is composed of our creative members.
